The Jazz Cafe

At Camden’s Jazz Café in north London, there’s a packed line-up of shows. Here are a few highlights for the early part of 2026:

– UK soul pioneers The Real Thing see in the new year on 2nd and 3rd January.

– Supergroup The Brit Funk Association play on 7th February.

– Walk into sunshine with Central Line on 7th March.

– R&B innovators Zo! and Tall Black Guy join Debórah Bond for an unmissable performance on 13th April.

Boisdale of Canary Wharf

There’s also a series of great shows at Boisdale of Canary Wharf:

– Acid jazz royalty The Brand New Heavies have a sold-out show on 16th January.

– Boisdale regulars Heatwave are back on 6th February.

– On 12th February enjoy the soulful jazzy keyboard wizardry of Bill Sharpe with Shakatak.

– 80s UK soul icons Loose Ends perform on 28th March.

Indigo at The O2

– Looking ahead to the end of 2026, Roachford is touring with Hue and Cry and have a show at Indigo on 10th October.

Soul Mama

See great live music at London’s newest soul venue – Soul Mama in Stratford:

– The acclaimed London Community Gospel Choir take to the stage on 18th January.

– Soul royalty The Three Degrees are in east London on 7th March.

The Terri Green Project fly in from Germany for a show on 28th March.

– Later in the year, smooth jazz supreme Najee comes to town on 19th September.
